Nerify (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates nerify.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
Product images and listing content
To generate your Etsy listings, you upload product images and provide details such as your shop name, product type, and listing preferences. These files and inputs are processed to produce mockups, listing text, and thank-you PDFs.
Usage and analytics data
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our website (pages visited, session duration, referral source). This data does not personally identify you.
Payment information
Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details — Stripe processes and stores that data under their own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Nerify service
- Generate AI-powered mockups, listing copy, and thank-you PDFs using your uploaded images
- Process your subscription and send billing-related emails
- Send important service updates and security notices (we do not send marketing emails without your consent)
- Understand how users navigate the site so we can improve the experience
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. AI Processing
When you use Nerify's listing generation feature, your product images and related inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic may process this data in accordance with their own usage and privacy policies. We do not share your account information with Anthropic; only the image and generation prompt are transmitted.
4. Data Storage
Your account data, shop configurations, listing history, uploaded images, and generated assets are stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database and object storage). Data is stored on servers located in the United States.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers, and only as necessary to operate the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — AI image and text processing
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
- Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to collect analytics data via Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the service may not function correctly without them.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
